Our cuisine is inspired by traditional Italian and Apulian cooking. Our menu includes:

Kitchen & Culinary Management
Fiore is the head chef and creative force behind AMORE & FRIENDS. With over 40 years of experience, he brings a deep passion for Italian cuisine and outstanding culinary expertise.
For more than 25 years, Fiore ran a successful Italian restaurant in Austria, where he delighted guests with authentic dishes, Mediterranean flavours and warm hospitality. During this time, he also gained valuable insight into the preferences of international diners – experience that now shapes his cuisine at AMORE & FRIENDS on San Nicola Beach at Lido Aurora, near Peschici.

Marketing, Organization, Concept & Web Design
Karin, a trained media designer from Austria, is responsible for marketing, organisation and the overall concept of AMORE & FRIENDS. She not only designs the interior and visual identity, but also conceived and created the restaurant’s website.
With her eye for design and attention to detail, she combines gastronomy and creativity into a harmonious overall experience. In the evenings, she is often at the restaurant, personally taking care of the guests.

Service & Guests
Carlo, Fiore’s son, is also part of the AMORE & FRIENDS team. Young, dynamic and charming, he ensures our guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay. His open personality and experience in the hospitality industry bring great energy to the team, and he is a valued contact person for our international guests.
Carlo grew up bilingual and, like his father, speaks fluent German, which means guests from Germany, Austria and Switzerland feel right at home.
At the same time, we are delighted to welcome our Italian guests from the region and from all over Italy, who enjoy San Nicola Beach and the atmosphere of our restaurant.
We are also supported by a dedicated team in the kitchen and service, who work hard every day to ensure that our guests feel comfortable at AMORE & FRIENDS.
